Some of the most powerful stories aren't told with cameras, sometimes we create them only in our minds. This policy changing story was created with our in house animation expertise. It was created to support a policy push for the adoption of universal school meals in every public school in Vermont, translating improperly rolled plan into a clear, compelling benefit for all schoolchildren.
Behind the work was a client determined to remove the quiet stigma that came with partially subsidized lunch, where some kids were unintentionally marked as different. The animation gave that mission a shape and a story that could move people, at the comfortable level of children.
